Razer’s Tomahawk PC has finally entered the market. It is one of the most awaited products from Razer. After announcing the PC in January of this year, there were a lot of questions in the people’s minds about its viability. The time is here, and the Tomahawk is available for pre-orders starting at 2400 USD for the base model. For now, it is only available in the US and has quickly sold out as the website states that it has run out of stock.
Talking about the specifications of the Tomahawk, it is a top-end, pre-built gaming PC. Aesthetically it looks quite simple with two slots; the first one for a GPU and the other for an Intel NUC board. The Intel NUC has a Core i9-9980HK Coffee Lake processor that’s built for heavy use. It optimizes all processes and is suitable for all kinds of gaming. The sleek and compact built of the device is impressive despite its full-sized GPU.
The minimalistic look that it gives off is also commendable, the 10l chassis eliminating clutter from your workspace. The Tomahawk’s USP is its size. It is petite but packs a punch. It is also available in a GPU-less variant if that’s what the user prefers. It has four USB-A 3.2 ports, two Thunderbolt 3 ports, and there are also ethernet ports and an audio jack.
Other features include active cooling, expandable 2.5″ SSD, 5.0 Bluetooth, and WiFi 6. After careful consideration of the specifications, it is clear that Razer has built a versatile PC. Anyone who wants to buy this will probably have to wait for sometime before getting their hands on this. The customer reviews will tell us more about how the PC has fared in terms of performance.
