The Sony Xperia Pro, which comes with an enormous price tag of 2500$, has been launched in the USA. The smartphone is the first-ever smartphone in the world with dedicated HDMI connectivity. The smartphone is geared towards content creators and professional photographers. Of course, it is obvious that no common man would buy the phone for daily use.
Specifications
The Sony Xperia Pro weighs around 225 grams, and its dimensions are 6.7 x 3 x 0.4 inches. The smartphone runs on Android 10 and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865. In terms of storage, the phone has 12GB RAM and 512GB of internal space. The device features a 4000 mAh battery that supports fast charging and the special Xperia Adaptive charging along with a special stamina mode.
Now coming to the exciting part, the phone is equipped with a 6.5-inch 4K HDR OLED Display with a resolution of 3840×1644 pixels and a 21:9 display ratio. Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protects the screen that doubles up as a 4K HDR monitor.
The triple rear cameras are the crowning glory of the phone. The front camera is a simple 8MP camera with an f/2.0 lens, while the rear cameras are 12MP cameras. The front camera supports Display flash, HDR photo, Intelligent Active Mode (5-axis stabilization), and a Hand and Smile Shutter.
The first rear camera is an Exmor RS for mobile sensor with an f/1.7 lens and a focal length of 24 mm. The other two cameras of 12MP feature an f/2.4 lens and an f/2.2 lens with a focal length of 70mm and 16mm.
Other features of the camera include up to 20fps Autofocus and Autoexposure, Real-time Eye AutoFocus for humans and animals, Optical zoom up to 3X. Users can shoot videos of top-notch quality because the device supports 4K HDR Movie recording 24, 25, 30, and 60fps. It also has an Intelligent wind filter and Slow motion feature for videos. The device is perfect for live streaming as it has 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G support.

The Sony Experia Pro is priced at 2500$ in the USA. This is roughly Rs. 1,82,000.
Availability
Unfortunately, the phone has been only launched in the USA. Sony has not mentioned anything about the device’s global release.
