Step #1. You need to first download the Chrome Remote Desktop (CRD) Chrome Extension on Google Chrome Browser. It acts as an auxiliary which supports the software indirectly. Without CRD Plugin the software won’t work.

Step #2. Click on Add to Chrome to install CRD on Chrome Browser. It will take a spot on the extension menu on the right of the URL bar section.

Step #3. Now click on the CRD Icon on the extension bar to Open Remote Access Website on the browser.

Step #4. Here Download Remote Access file on your computer. The site dynamically provides you with Windows or Mac file after detecting the OS.

Step #5. Download and Install the Remote Access file, “Turn On” the Access and Grant all the Permissions.


(a) For Mac, install the file on your Macbook and Grant the Permissions. You need to grant accessibility permissions, click on the Lock icon, enter the screen lock password and Grant the Computer Control to the CRD App.

Step #6. Once the installation is complete “Turn On” the Remote Access on CRD Website.

Step #12. The App will show, Active Computer(s) which you can access.

Step #13. Tap on the Active Session, Enter the PIN you created to Turn ON the Remote Access on the PC. (Step #8)
