⇒ If you don’t have a Jio SIM don’t worry. You don’t need a Jio SIM to watch your favourite channel. All you need is a Jio ID and Password which you can get from any Jio SIM user.

JioTV.com Site is Pulled Down Due to Lega Issues

The Jio TV for the web has been temporarily shut down due to ‘technical litigations’ as quoted by telecomtalk.info. The site worked fine for a week and then suddenly a message was displayed saying the site is ‘under construction’. A source close to the development said that the web may take up to a year to time to start and run fully.

What to do if I Get Server Loading Error Issues?

If you are getting “Error Loading Player: No Playable Source Found”. Then I suggest you Switch to Chrome Browser if you are using any other browser.

Also, update the Chrome browser and enable Flash player if prompted.

Make sure you have good internet speed connected to the PC for buffer freeloading.

1. Can I watch the JioTV without the Jio Internet?

Yes! For sure. But need to log in with Jio ID and Password. But can watch the Live TV using available internet network without any issues.

2. Does JioTV Website Work on 3G Network?

Yes! You can watch your favourite channels on 3G, 4G or any broadband network. You don’t necessarily need to be on a Jio network, contrary to the limitation of its phone app.

3. Can I Watch the Catch-up Content?

The availability of catch-up content is limited to few channels at present and may increase in future.

4. Can I watch Star Channels on the Live TV?

No! As Star Hosts all its programming on Hotstar the Star Network Channels are not available on JioTV for Computer PC Browser.
