Deceptive Site Ahead Chrome Fix
Google is very strict for its policies and when it comes to privacy of the users then Google has installed many artilleries to protect the user’s personal data and account info. Chrome Browser by Google also comes with some of the similar security measures to provide users with safe browsing.
If Google finds any harmful site then it blocks the website for the safety of the user data and account credentials. One such security protocol is followed if Google finds any deceptive site with any harmful codes.
Chrome protect users from the site that’s not secure to make sure your information on the page doesn’t fall into the wrong hands by blocking certain scripts.
According to Google ‘Deceptive sites are the one which may trick you into doing something dangerous like installing software or revealing your personal information (for example, passwords, phone numbers, or credit cards)’.

If there is no problem in your site, then you can report it to Google via‘detection problem‘.
⇒ This will lead you to a page wherein you will have to submit ‘Report Incorrect Phishing Warning‘ request.
• As a permanent fix for the warning message, you can turn off safe browsing option in Chrome setting to do so, go to;
Settings → Show Advanced Settings → Uncheck ‘Protect you and your device from dangerous sites’.
• It is generally safe to visit such deceptive website but we recommend you to avoid downloading any file. Also, if are redirected from the site immediately after the visit then quickly close the tabs.
• You can even use AdBlock extensions on your Chrome to block any 3rd party deceptive Ads.
• Chrome also gives options to block JavaScript Codes if you think they are causing the issues.
You will never come across any such security scare.

Check if any scripts are causing the issue. You can take the help of Google Web Master Tool
The advice to users to turn off this warning and that it is "generally ok to visit such deceptive website" is TERRIBLE advice. You should not publish articles if you don't know what you are talking about.
In case if you are visiting only know about the data in the site, I don't find it wrong to visit a deceptive site. The site may be down due to many reasons such as but not limited to scripts, Adware or DOSS attack on the server. Visit it via incognito mode unless the site is something where you need to provide some data or less it is pretty much OK to visit a general content delivery site.
